On the second morning, this tiger was much more visible!

We got almost up close and personal (on the back of our elephant, of course).

Technical details for anyone who’s interested:  Kodak High Definition 400 film, Canon 300mm f/4.0 IS lens, about 1/125 second exposure.  This photo has not been cropped at all.

Later, on the other side of the park, we saw this second female tiger, which also had four half-grown cubs gamboling about.

This family of five decided to move, and one of the cubs stopped to stare briefly.

At the end of our visit to Bandhavgarh, we encountered some tame elephants being moved.

On the way back to Khajuraho we had a flat, and our driver put on the spare.
